How does Brooke and Birdie work with our clients?

Our team of Margo and Kristen personalize every project and work with our clients to incorporate their tastes and desires with our design knowledge and skills. Clients are sometimes very specific in their requests, knowing very much the colors and style they desire. Other clients have truly no idea other than knowing that they want something different, more updated, more functional, more exciting, more colorful, more comfortable. Margo and Kristin spend considerable time with each client to fully explore their thoughts and desires along with the space they are designing. A part of this process is also the budget the client has for the project to ensure that we are able to stay within those parameters while satisfying our client’s desires.

Because we never know what the next client will desire, we are committed to staying current with design and furnishing trends. We have a strong network of vendors with whom we work based on the needs of the individual client. We are very selective in the vendors we use and have stringent criteria for quality, reliability, and adherence to deadlines. Whether we are doing something vintage or the hottest new trends, our clients can be assured that we have the expertise, experience, and vendor associations to provide the perfect space.

Margo and Kristen attend furniture shows and other events specifically for interior designers to see all the furnishings available for the next season prior to those being shown to the general public.

Working with an interior designer should not be intimidating nor stressful. Margo and Kristen are very warm and encouraging in our approach to clients.
